These Colorado-style breakfast burritos start with a warm flour tortilla, which is filled with breakfast meats, hand-shredded hash browns, scrambled eggs, and plenty of cheddar cheese. Just warm it up and smother it in green chile sauce for the true Durango Diner experience!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Durango Diner ships Tuesday and Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Burritos ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Store burritos in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
• Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to heating.
• Store sauce at room temperature until best by date.
• Once opened, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 30 days.

To Serve

Burrito – Microwave Method

• Unwrap burrito and place on microwave safe dish.
• Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
• Flip and microwave on high for 3 more minutes.
• Optional (Highly Recommended): Place in a frying pan on medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until tortilla has browned.
• Let cool for 2 minutes.
• Enjoy!

Burrito – Oven Method

• Preheat oven to 450°F.
• Unwrap burrito and re-wrap it in aluminum foil.
• Place on baking sheet and into oven.
• Bake for 30-40 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
• Optional (Highly Recommended): Place in a frying pan on medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until tortilla has browned.
• Let cool for 2 minutes.
• Enjoy!

Green Chile Sauce

• Allow to thaw and pour green chile sauce into a microwave-safe bowl.
• Place in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
• Stir and place back in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• Enjoy!

Smothered Burrito

• Heat the burrito as instructed.
• Heat Green Chile sauce as instructed.
• Smother Burrito with green chile sauce, and top with extra cheese of your choice, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream (not included).
• Enjoy!
