Clarissa Morley had been baking pies her whole life before she decided to start selling them at local Indianapolis farmers markets and pop-up events in 2016. Her lineup of sweet pies and take-and-bake savory pies proved to be so popular that in 2018 she opened a brick-and-mortar shop, and since then the jaw-droppingly delicious pies from her Pots & Pans Pie Company have exploded in popularity among locals. Whether it’s a savory, double-crusted pot pie or a fruit-filled sweet pie, Pots & Pans’ bake-at-home pies are perfect for any occasion, and made with only the highest-quality ingredients.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Pots & Pans Pie Co. ships Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys.

• Pies ship frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Pot Pies and Fruit Pies arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer until placed in the oven. Do not thaw!
• Pot Pies may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
• Apple + Cherry Pies arrive frozen and can be stored in the freezer for 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator or remove from package and thaw on the counter before reheating or serving. Pies last 1-2 days at room temperature and up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Pies can also be served at room temperature.
• Sugar Crème Brûlée Pie arrives frozen and can be stored in the freezer for 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Thawed pies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

To Serve

Pot Pies

• Preheat oven to 400º F.
• For best results, brush pie with egg wash (1 egg mixed with 2 tbsp. milk or cream).
• Place frozen pie in the oven. Bake for 60-90 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. If you have a cooking thermometer, make sure the inside of the pie is at 165º. Be careful – pie will be HOT!
• Pro Tip: All ovens are different! If this is your first Pots & Pans pot pie, give yourself some extra baking time before you plan to serve it.

Sweet Pies (Optional)

• Thaw pie in the refrigerator overnight before warming it in the oven.
• Preheat oven to 350º F.
• Cover the top of the pie with foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until desired temperature. To warm an individual slice, place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until desired temperature.
• Serve & enjoy!
