Description
McLoons’ lobster stew starts with a fresh lobster shell stock – shells, vegetables, and herbs simmered until the base tastes like the Penobscot Bay – then finishes with cream, butter, and sweet Maine claw and knuckle meat. Rich, slow, nothing but Maine in the bowl. From the family-owned working wharf on Spruce Head Island that Yankee Magazine named home of the best lobster roll in the state.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- McLoons Lobster Shack ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Soup is shipped frozen and may arrive partially thawed.
- Continue to thaw under refrigeration and prepare immediately.
To Serve
- Fresh lobster meat for stew is packed in a separate 8 oz container. Cut or tear lobster into bite-size pieces.
- Heat lobster stew base in pan on stove to 165 F, then add lobster meat and serve.
- Top with oyster crackers.
