A staple item on the menu at Iggy’s Doughboys Chowder House is the classic “Fish & Chips”. Our cod is lightly battered in our secret Fish & Chicken Mix (that we sell in Super-Markets across the country) and then lightly fried and ready to be served. The fish is flaky, moist, with a nice crisp to the outside. Our seasoned customers know the drill: just squeeze a tiny bit of lemon and dip in tartar sauce (Ken’s should do the trick or make your own at home!) Nothing says a Classic Iggy’s Dinner than Fish, Clam Cakes & Chowder!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Iggy’s ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Fish ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, place fish in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Fish lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.
To Serve
- Thaw fish in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place fish on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until desired crispiness, flipping the fish halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy!
