Scalibut Cakes were born on Orcas Island in 2004, the creation of Cafe Olga owners Bobby Olmsted and Bev Simko, who blended Alaskan scallops and halibut with hand-selected herbs and spices into a single rich seafood cake. Each is made by hand from the original recipe and comes six to a pack, ready to sear and serve however you like, over greens, alongside rice or pasta, or stacked into a sandwich. They’re part of the Pacific Northwest seafood lineup at SeaBear, the Anacortes, Washington smokehouse running since 1957. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, a light lunch over salad, or a seafood sandwich night.

- SeaBear ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Ships frozen with dry ice, may thaw in transit
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
