Bud, “the Pieman” Royer has been cranking out this gooey, buttery pie from his little shop in Round Top, TX that’s made with butterscotch chips and a hand crimped crust then topped with caramelized sugar and Southern pecans.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Royers Round Top Café ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Pies last up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.
To Serve
Reheating Instructions (Optional)
Oven
- If Frozen, thaw on counter for a few hours until pie reaches room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 250° F.
- Heat pie for 15-20 minutes or just until the middle is nice and gooey!
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Not included
- Serve and enjoy!
