INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- South Jersey Smoke House ships Monday-Friday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Chowder ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store chowder in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Freezing the chowder is not recommended.
To Serve
- Place thawed chowder in a pot (no lid) and heat at low-medium temp on stovetop.
- Watch the chowder and stir frequently as you’re warming it. This prevents the chowder from burning or separating and keeps the chowdery consistency.
- Once chowder is fully heated, serve in soup bowl and garnish with parsley.
- Enjoy!
