Description
Croissant dough that finishes in your own oven: proof it overnight, bake until golden and flaky, then drizzle with the cinnamon-sugar icing that pools into the folds. Apple Annie’s Bake Shop hand-rolls the dough in Wilmington, North Carolina, where it has been a Port City morning ritual since 1985 and still goes through more than 200 pounds of croissant dough a week. The kit brings eight ready-to-proof croissants with icing packets and step-by-step instructions. Perfect for a slow weekend breakfast, a holiday morning, or filling the house with the smell of a real bakery. Bakery-fresh croissants, finished in your kitchen.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Apple Annie’s Bake Shop ships Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, place croissants directly in the freezer until ready to bake, up to 1 month.
- For peak freshness, eat prepared croissants on the day they are baked.
To Serve
To Proof
- Remove croissants from freezer 8 hours before baking.
- Place croissants on a parchment lined baking sheet and loosely cover with plastic wrap.
- Leave in a cold oven or on the stove top for 8 hours.
To Bake
- Around 7.5 – 8.5 hours, preheat the oven to 375° F (making sure the croissants are not in it).
- Remove plastic wrap and bake per included instructions.
- Allow croissants to cool for 5 minutes before drizzling icing on the buns.
- Serve and enjoy warm!
