INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Cymz Sweet Kre8tionz ships Tuesday thru Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Cupcakes ship fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, place in the refrigerator immediately, do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
• Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
• For longer storage, freeze in a sealed, freezer-safe container for up to 1 month.

To Serve

• From frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Avoid thawing at room temperature to preserve frosting consistency.
• Remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving. This allows the cake to soften and the Chantilly frosting to become smooth and creamy.
• Heating is not recommended, as it will melt the Chantilly frosting and affect texture.
