Michigan Northern Spy Apples lightly sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar with the hand crimped flaky crust. Achatz pies are famous for being all-natural, vegan and trans-fat free.
Wendy and Dave Achatz have been concocting some of the nation’s best pies since 1993, when they started baking in their Victorian home in Armada, Michigan. After moving the operation nearby to a ten-acre apple orchard, Achatz Handmade Pie Co. was officially born. Many of their recipes have been passed through generations, and they continue the tradition by sharing the same handmade techniques instilled from childhood.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Pies ship Monday and Wednesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store pie in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Pie may be stored for up to 4 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
