Description
A savory blend of egg, cheese, onion, and potato in Ackroyd’s handmade pie shell, sealed under a puff pastry crust – the vegetarian cornerstone of the savory case at the third-generation Redford, Michigan bakery Al and Silas Ackroyd founded in 1949. The brothers began with hand-ground Scottish meats; the savory pie program that followed has been one of the most complete in America ever since. Four cheese and onion pies from one of the country’s only traditional Scottish bakeries.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
Pies
- Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store items in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For best results, items should be thawed overnight in the refrigerator before baking.
HP Sauce
- Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
- Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
- Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MM/YY).
To Serve
From Refrigerator
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
- Remove, serve & enjoy!
From Frozen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cover items in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
