It’s the greatest-hits plate from one of North Texas’s most beloved smokehouses. The Hutchins family started smoking barbecue at their Dallas-area home in 1978, and second-generation owners Tim and Tracy now run McKinney and Frisco locations that have made Texas Monthly’s Top 50 for over a decade. Perfect for a backyard cookout or a game-day feast.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Hutchins BBQ ships Tuesday – Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Dinner Kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• If you plan to enjoy within 5 days, refrigerate immediately.
• If you plan to enjoy at a later date, freeze and use within 3 months.

To Serve

Brisket

• Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• Preheat the oven to 300°F.
• Make a “foil boat” with the brisket inside.
• Pour 4 oz. (1 stick) of melted butter over the bark side of the brisket.
• Close “foil boat” and use a new sheet of foil to cover the top and completely close it.
• Cook for 2.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
• Rest for 5-10 minutes.
• Slice & enjoy!

Sausage

• Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• Preheat the oven to 300°F.
• Place the sausage in a foil pan or oven-safe dish and set it in the oven.
• Cook for 10 minutes and flip them.
• Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
• These steps will ensure the sausage is safely and evenly reheated.
• Rest for 3-5 minutes.
• Serve & enjoy!

Texas Twinkie

• Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• Preheat the oven to 300°F.
• Remove the Twinkies from the vacuum pack and arrange them on a foil pan, ensuring they do not overlap.
• Loosely cover the pan with foil, allowing steam to escape, and place it in the oven.
• Cook for 20 minutes and flip them.
• Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
• Remove from the oven and let the Twinkies sit for 3-5 minutes before serving.
