After closing his family’s 118-year-old bakery in France’s Alsace region, World Baking Champion Pierre Zimmermann opened La Fournette in the heart of Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood in 2012. The artisan French bakery’s macarons are all-natural, gluten-free, and delicious. The Chicago Tribune called La Fournette “A Slice of Heaven” and Master Baker Pierre Zimmermann has won the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (World Cup of Baking) twice – once as a team member, once as a coach.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

- They should be refrigerated upon arrival and are best enjoyed within 5 days
