Matzoh Ball Soup

A clear, golden chicken broth with pillowy matzoh dumplings, the New York deli classic by way of a Ukrainian kitchen. Veselka has ladled it in the East Village since 1954, when Ukrainian refugees Wolodymyr and Olha Darmochwal founded the diner that’s still family-run today. Comfort in a bowl, any hour of the day or night.
This product is made with Kosher for Passover ingredients, but it is not Certified Kosher for Passover or made in a Kosher for Passover facility.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Veselka ships on Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Soup ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To Serve

Soup

• Pour the soup in a pot and reheat on the stove. Do not microwave in the container provided
• Serve and enjoy!

Potato Pancake – Add On

• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Place frozen pancakes on an ungreased sheet pan.
• Place in oven and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes, flipping the potato pancakes after the first 10 minutes.
• Serve and enjoy!

Pierogis – Add On

• Allow pierogi to defrost completely and cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
• Optional: After boiling, pan-fry pierogis in butter until golden brown.
• Serve & enjoy!
