INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Eileen’s Special Cheesecake ships Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!

• Cheesecake ships frozen with dry ice, which may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, place cheesecake in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Best enjoyed within 5 days. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
• Cheesecake can be frozen for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Defrost cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
• Remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours before serving.
• Slice and enjoy!
