This kit ships everything to build the real thing: beef slow-roasted with garlic and Al’s secret spice mix, sliced paper-thin, its natural gravy packed separately, plus a fresh Italian roll and your choice of sweet peppers or hot giardiniera. Fork the beef onto the roll, dip the whole sandwich in the gravy, bread and all, and assume the Italian Stance. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Al’s Beef ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Kit ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store kit in the refrigerator.
• Kit may be stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.

To Serve

• Pour gravy into a pot or deep pan.
• Heat gravy to a medium boil, then lower heat to a simmer.
• Add Italian beef to the gravy and cook for 2 minutes.
• While Italian beef is cooking, slice bread in halves.
• Add cooked beef to the bread.
• Add hot giardiniera.
• For a “wet” sandwich, dip the entire sandwich into gravy using tongs.
• For the less adventurous, simply spoon the desired amount of gravy over the top of the sandwich.
• Serve and enjoy!
