A whole Prime brisket from Burnt Bean Co.: hand-selected Prime beef slow-smoked over post oak by the pitmasters at the Seguin, Texas restaurant Ernest Servantes and Dave Kirkland founded in 2020 after years dominating the competition circuit. Texas Monthly named Burnt Bean the No. 1 BBQ joint in Texas in 2025; James Beard Award nominations and a Michelin Bib Gourmand followed. The brisket plus the T-shirt to prove you had it.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes an Unsliced Prime Texas Brisket
- Each brisket weighs approximately 4-5 lbs. and measures 12″ × 8″ × 3″
- 1 Burnt Bean Co. Brisket T-Shirt
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Burnt Bean Co. ships Monday-Wednesday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Barbecue ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- Remove brisket from the sealed package and place onto a sheet tray or large baking dish.
- Do NOT slice before reheating, keep the brisket whole so it stays juicier.
- Preheat the oven to 225° F.
- Heat for approximately 75 minutes or until your desired temperature is reached.
- Remove from the oven and slice when warm throughout.
- Serve & enjoy!
Optional: place a few pads of butter on top of the brisket before placing in the oven. This adds fat and helps maintain moisture.
