Kings BBQ ships its legendary barbecue nationwide on Goldbelly! The Oink Sampler includes all of Kings’ top sellers, including Hand Chopped Pork, Pork Ribs, Brunswick Stew, Potato Salad and more!

Kings BBQ was founded more than 75 years ago in Kinston, NC, when Wilbur King started serving food using family recipes and traditional Southern cooking methods. Three generations later, Kings is now renowned for its signature hand-chopped pork – slow-smoked, pulled, and doused with a mild vinegar sauce, as only true North Carolina ’cue is prepared.

The Oink Sampler feeds 4-6 people and includes:

• 1 lb. Kings Hand-Chopped Pork BBQ
• 2 racks of Kings BBQ Pork Ribs
• 1 Pint Brunswick Stew
• 1 Pint Potato Salad
• 1 Pint Slaw
• 12 Kings Hushpuppies
• BBQ Sauce (5 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Orders placed by 3pm Est ship same day Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• All meats are fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve peak flavor and moisture.
• Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the meat and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment.
• Upon receipt refrigerate or place in the freezer.
• Coleslaw and Potato Salad should be kept cold until serving time.
• Detailed storage and heating instructions are included with each package.

To Serve

Ribs

• Ribs arrive fully cooked, thaw in refrigerator overnight to thaw.
• Once thawed, place in oven or grill at 350 F. Cook until center is hot and the ribs are warmed through (roughly15-20 minutes)

Hush Puppies: Oven

• May be cooked from frozen.
• Place on a cookie sheet, low heat (300-325) for 12-14 minutes.

Hush Puppies: Stove Top

• May be cooked from frozen.
• Heat up some grease for frying (350 F)
• Place hushpuppies in grease for 3-5 minutes.

Hand-Chopped BBQ Pork: Stove Top

• Thaw overnight for best results when heating.
• Place food in heavy skillet on low heat. Stir frequently.

Hand-Chopped BBQ Pork: Oven

• Thaw overnight for best results when heating.
• Place food in a covered container. Keep oven heat on low.

Hand-Chopped BBQ Pork: Microwave

• Thaw overnight for best results when heating.
• Spread food in a shallow bowl and allow 1-2 minutes per pint.
• Make sure to stir food up and rotate.

Slaw – Cabbage, Salad dressing, and Sugar
Hushpuppies – Contains Wheat and Soy. Facility packs products containing whey (milk), milk, and eggs.
