• Each pie serves 6-8 people

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• The Homestead ships Tuesday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Quiche and Pot Pie ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, keep frozen for up to 6 months.
• Once thawed, best enjoyed within 7 days. Keep refrigerated.

To Serve

• Quiche: Place frozen quiche on a baking sheet in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F and bake another 60-90 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. Loosely cover with foil to prevent over browning if needed.
• Pot Pie: Place frozen pie on a baking sheet in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake another 60-90 minutes or until bubbling and crust is golden brown. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
