INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• The Varsity ships Monday-Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Hot Dog Kit may be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
• If you plan to serve hot dogs right away but they arrive frozen solid, place them on the counter or tabletop and let them rest for about 45 minutes, or until the hot dogs can be easily separated.

To Serve
Hot Dogs

• Bring water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
• Add hot dogs and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until heated to 150°F.
• Remove and drain excess water.

Buns

• Steam buns for 10-15 seconds for a softer texture.

Assemble

• Place the hot dog in the bun.
• Spoon onions and mustard evenly over the dog.
• Serve & enjoy!
