This is Life Raft Treat’s peach bombe. Each peach sorbet bombe is hand painted with colored Valrhona Almond Inspiration, adding a chocolate “stem.” From the loamy soils of Edgefield County, these peach bombes celebrate South Carolina peaches and all their glory and variety.
A six-time finalist for the James Beard Awards’ Outstanding Pastry Chef, Chef Cynthia Wong has turned her attention to the wide world of ice cream with Life Raft Treats, South Carolina’s only chef-driven artisan ice cream truck. All of Wong’s ice cream is made with high-quality locally-farmed dairy, eggs, and other ingredients, and she’s reinventing all your favorite childhood treats with a serious sense of humor.

This package serves 12 people and includes 12 Sorbet Peach Bombes
- Each ice cream peach bombe measures approx. 2″ and weighs approx. 2.5 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Life Raft Treats ships Tuesdays and Thursdays each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Peach bombe sorbet ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer.
- Sorbets can be stored in the freezer for up to 45 days.
To Serve
- Remove peaches from the freezer and remove the outer packaging.
- Allow peaches to temper for 5-8 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
