Two dozen ship frozen, perfect for game day, or party trays for a crowd of all ages. The island standard, no heat required.

- Each patty weighs approx. 4.5 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Negril ships Monday and Wednesday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Patties ship frozen with ice packs.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 2 years.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place frozen patties on an un-greased cookie sheet. Do not allow the patties to touch each other.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully remove from oven and allow patties to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!

Mild Beef Patty – Filling: Beef, Water, Bread Crumbs, Calcium Propionate, Fresh Seasonings ( Yellow Onion, Hot Peppers, Garlic), Corn Starch, Beef base, Mushroom Soya Sauce, Caramel Color, Granulated Garlic, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Chicken Seasoning, All Purpose Seasoning, Sugar and Black Pepper. Crust: Flour ,Water, Beef suet, Bakers Margarine, Water, Shortening, Sugar, Salt and FD&C Yellow #5 and Yellow #6.
