Description
This is the patty with real fire, seasoned ground beef mingling with fresh onion, garlic, and hot peppers under a bold blend of Jamaican spices, all tucked into a flaky golden crust. It’s the kick-forward version, built for anyone who likes island flavor with heat behind it. Negril has anchored DC’s Jamaican food scene since 1979, family-owned and still working from founder Earl Chinn’s recipes. - Each patty weighs approx. 4.5 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Negril ships Monday and Wednesday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Patties ship frozen with ice packs.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 2 years.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place frozen patties on an un-greased cookie sheet. Do not allow the patties to touch each other.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully remove from oven and allow patties to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!

- Spicy Jamaican Beef Patty – Filling: Beef, Water, Bread Crumbs, Fresh Seasonings (Yellow Onion, Hot Peppers, Garlic), Corn Starch, Beef Base, Mushroom Soya Sauce, Caramel Color, Granulated Garlic, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Chicken Seasoning, All Purpose Seasoning, Sugar And Black Pepper. Crust: Flour, Water, Beef Suet, Bakers Margarine, Water, Shortening, Sugar, Salt And FD&C Yellow #5 And Yellow #6. Contains: Milk, Soy, Wheat, Sesame.
