New Skete Monastery’s Sampler cheesecake is a perfect choice to please a variety of palates. The nuns combine their best-selling flavors: New York Cheesecake Deluxe, Kahlua Cheesecake, Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake and Chocolate Cheesecake.
This small monastery in upstate New York is producing what many believe to be the finest cheesecakes in the country all made by hand by the sisters. In between daily prayers, the nuns make a limited number of cheesecakes each day, just as they’ve done for nearly four decades. They’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show as well as The New York Times.

Each Cheesecake is shipped frozen on ice packs and will arrive frozen or slightly thawed. Thaw in refrigerator 2-4 hours, or on countertop for 1-2 hours.
Cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months.
