Pat LaFrieda Meats ships its famous meats nationwide on Goldbelly! Behold our first collaboration with Pat LaFrieda to create the ultimate food explorer blend – the Gold Label burger. Inspired by high end burgers like Minetta Tavern’s Black Label, this elevated burger features a blend of American Black Angus short rib, flat iron, and dry-aged rib steak. The Gold Label burger is the first Pat LaFrieda blend to be designed especially for home kitchens still awaiting their first Michelin star.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors ships Monday-Friday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!
- Burgers ship fresh, never frozen, uncooked, and with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- When you receive your order you should immediately refrigerate all meat items
- We recommend that you eat all meat products within 1 week of arrival for best results
- Once items are removed from the plastic, they should be consumed within 48 hours
- We do not recommend freezing product as freezing instantly degrades its quality.
To Serve
Burgers
- Preheat grill or pan on high.
- Season burgers with flakey salt.
- Sear burger to achieve crust.
- Flip burger. For best results, use thermometer. Cook to internal temperature of 135 degrees for medium well.
- Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
