INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Taliercio’s Deli ships Monday – Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store sandwiches in the freezer for up to 3 months, or refrigerate for up to 12 hours if planning to enjoy within a day. If sandwiches are refrigerated, consume within 3-5 days.

To Serve

• “Best of NJ” Cheesesteak, “Moe Man’s Ragu”, “Chop It Like It’s Hot” & Chicken Parmigiana Sandwiches
  • Thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or until fully thawed.
  • Remove paper but keep sandwich in the foil wrapping.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 30-50 minutes.
  • Check the center of the sandwich. If still cold, keep wrapped and continue heating until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
• “The No Name” Sandwich
  • Run frozen bread quickly under water, then place directly on the rack of a preheated 400°F oven for 5 minutes. Slice in half lengthwise.
  • Evenly spread stracciatella across the bottom half of the bread.
  • Layer prosciutto, ham, capocollo, hot & sweet soppressata, mortadella with pistachios, imported hot & sweet capocollo, and Calabrese salami. Top with aged provolone and fresh smoked mozzarella.
  • Distribute sun-dried peppers, then drizzle with nut-free basil pesto and balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle with crispy garlic and finish with Calabrian chili oil.
  • Close the sandwich, press gently, and slice into halves or quarters. Enjoy!
• “Ya Sista’s A$$” Sandwich
  • Run frozen bread quickly under water, then place directly on the rack of a preheated 400°F oven for 5 minutes. Slice in half lengthwise.
  • Spread fig jam coast to coast on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Layer prosciutto evenly over the fig jam.
  • Distribute roasted red peppers, red onion, and arugula, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Spread stracciatella cheese coast to coast on the top half of the bread.
  • Close the sandwich, press gently, and slice into halves or quarters.
