Description
Classic Texas links made fresh daily in small batches: Prime brisket and pork bound with signature seasonings and smoked over pecan and oak until the casing snaps. Simple, smoky, and deeply satisfying. The Hutchins family started smoking barbecue at their Dallas-area home in 1978, and second-generation owners Tim and Tracy now run McKinney and Frisco locations that have made Texas Monthly’s Top 50 for over a decade. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Hutchins BBQ ships Tuesday – Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Sausage ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- If you plan to enjoy within 5 days, refrigerate immediately.
- If you plan to enjoy at a later date, freeze and use within 3 months.
To Serve
Sausage
- Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Place the sausage in a foil pan or oven-safe dish and set it in the oven.
- Cook for 10 minutes and flip them.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
- These steps will ensure the sausage is safely and evenly reheated.
- Rest for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!
