Born from a celiac baker’s personal mission, this Special Challah Bread takes a different path from the traditional braided loaf – gluten free, dairy free, and made with a wholesome, honest approach. The soft, tender crumb carries a subtle richness, while the accompanying dinner rolls – made from the same dough – deliver a surprisingly buttery taste without a drop of dairy. A uniquely satisfying take on challah for those who thought they’d have to go without. Loaves are sliced in half just only down the middle to allow portion/serving size control.

This package includes

  • Each loaf measures approx. 16 oz. and makes 9-12 slices
• 1 Dozen Dinner Rolls

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• 7 Muffins A Day ships Thursday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Items arrive ready to enjoy!
• Upon arrival, store in a cool, dry place such as a bread bin or pantry for up to 1 week, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer in an airtight bag or container for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Best used for grilled cheese and other sandwiches, as buttered toasted or untoasted with a cup of tea or coffee, or break a piece and dip in savory sauce or stew.
• From the fridge, toast or warm in oven till heated through.
• From the freezer, let thaw in fridge then toast or warm in oven till heated through.
• You can brush bread with melted butter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds (not included)
• Each loaf serves 9-12.
