INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• 7 Muffins A Day ships Thursday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Items ship frozen with ice packs.
• Upon arrival, store at room temperature for up to 5 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months (recommended).

To Serve

• From refrigerator, allow to thaw to room temperature before enjoying.
• From freezer, allow to thaw in refrigerator then heat each muffin for about 20 seconds in microwave or completely wrap in foil and warm in pre-heated 350°F oven for about 3-5 minutes.
