Cream cheese and Salads of preferred flavors, smoked salmon for an extra touch of luxury, a dozen mini black and white cookies, one pound of sliced pastrami, eight slices of unseeded rye bread included with four pickles, (two half sour and two sour), and an eight-ounce jar of New York deli mustard. This delicacy, cured to perfection, delivers a buttery, silky texture that melts in your mouth as it offers a tangy kick that complements the richness of the meats and fish, providing a refreshing contrast to the palate.

Originally named Pastrami King when it was founded in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in 1956, this quintessential New York deli eventually relocated to Queens (hence the name change), then Manhattan’s Upper East Side and Upper West Side. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Pastrami Queen ships Monday – Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• This package ships with ice packs, ice packs may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store bialys, and bagels at room temperature and served immediately or stored in the freezer for up to six months.
• Store lox, cream cheese, and salads in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
• Store pastrami, pickles, and mustard in the refrigerator, and keep rye bread at room temperature. We do not recommend refreezing pastrami.
• Enjoy pastrami within 2 days.
• To serve, allow meat to thaw if frozen, and follow the reheating instructions below.

To Serve

• If frozen, thaw meat in the refrigerator. Do not thaw in the microwave.
• Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
• Place the entire UNOPENED package of meat into the water and reduce heat to a simmer (no worries – the package can withstand the heat).
• Simmer meat for 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove from water and slice open package.
• There will be enough for 4 large sandwiches or 6-8 regular-size sandwiches.
• Enjoy with the included pickles and mustard.
• Serve and enjoy!
