Founded in Birmingham as a small neighborhood bakery by the husband-and-wife duo of Terry and Dottie Smith in 1998, Edgar’s Bakery has since grown into one of Alabama’s most beloved homespun bakeries, with nearly a dozen locations throughout the state. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Edgar’s Bakery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or keep frozen for up to 45 days.

To Serve

• Thaw cake in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Bring cake to room temperature 1 hour prior to serving.
