The filet of ribeye, also known as the eye of ribeye, is a boneless filet that is among the most prized cuts in the world of wagyu. Extremely well-marbled, rich, succulent, and tender these ribeye filets are experiences unto themselves. - Westholme Wagyu ships Monday – Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Steaks ship frozen with dry ice
- Do NOT remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival freeze or thaw in refrigerator overnight as needed
- Please cook within 3 days of thawing
- May be frozen for up to 6 months
