The trimmed-off edges and frosty off-cuts of Sugar-Hi’s vanilla cake with cookies-and-cream filling, coated in a full shower of rainbow sprinkles, the accidental cult favorite that got so popular the sisters started selling it by the cup. Hillary Assael and Elissa Weinhoff make them in Armonk, New York, where fifteen years of custom-cake building left a lot of very good scraps behind. Perfect for a sprinkle lover, a care package, or anyone who secretly likes the edge pieces best. Proof the best part of the cake was the scraps all along.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Sugar-Hi ships Tuesday-Friday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Sprinkle Cake Scraps ship frozen with ice packs, which may thaw in transit. Depending on the season, items may arrive cold or at room temperature – this is normal and does not affect quality.
- If enjoying right away, leave cake scraps out at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour before enjoying.
- If enjoying within a few days, refrigerate upon arrival and remove 1 to 1.5 hours before serving to allow them to come to room temperature.
- If storing for later, cake scraps can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerated for up to 10 days, or frozen for up to 2 months.
