With his Raindrop Cake, Darren Wong introduced a totally unique dessert to an American audience with ingredients that have been used traditionally for decades by many Asian cultures. The vegan, gluten-free cake has a unique texture and very subtle taste; the flavor comes from the accompaniments provided: oasted soybean powder and a dark sugar cane syrup. This was previously available only to those who visited the famed Smorgasburg in Brooklyn!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- The Raindrop Cake ships Monday through Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Kit arrives ready for assembling
- All ingredients can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months.
- Assembly is simple and detailed instructions are included in every package. All you need is water, a pot, stovetop and refrigerator
- Please read instructions thoroughly, since the cake needs to be handled carefully
- We recommend eating the cake after it’s had a chance to chill so plan ahead!
