INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Junior’s Restaurant ships Monday- Wednesday of each week

• Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Egg noodles ship fresh.
• Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
• Items may be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.

To Serve

Stovetop

• Thaw components in the refrigerator overnight
• Once thawed, pour beef goulash into a medium saucepan
• Heat on medium-low heat until heated through
• While the meat is heating, reheat noodles in simmering pot of water for 1-2 minutes
• Drain and toss with a little butter and keep warm
• Reheat green peas in simmering water for 1-2 minutes
• Once everything is cooked through, ladle the goulash over buttered noodles and top with green peas
• Serve and enjoy !

Microwave

• Reheat all components in microwave until heated through
• Serve and enjoy!
