Description
Make your own lobster tails! This kit includes everything you need to make Mike’s Pastry’s legendary lobster tails in your own home. A lobster tail is cream puff dough baked inside of a Sfogliatella Shell and filled with a blend of three homemade creams: Italian boiled cream, fresh ricotta cheese and whipped cream. Includes 4 lobster tails.

- 4 lobster tail pastry Shells
- filling in a pastry cream bag
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Mike’s Pastry ships Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Lobster Tails ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, place Lobster Tail cream and shells in the refrigerator.
- Lobster Tails can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- If you would like to keep Lobster Tails longer than 3 days, place in freezer for up to 2 months.
