This is a collection of Cookies and Schmear’s melt-in-your-mouth cookies, made with top-quality organic ingredients and loaded with deliciously decadent add-ins: OG Choco Chip, ChocoWOW, PB & Love, and Tuxedo. Choose from a variety of “schmears” (frostings) to really take them over the top or to create your own cookie sandwiches at home!

A third-generation pastry chef, Cookies and Schmear founder Julia Sandberg started baking cookies “schmeared” with indulgent icings as a hobby to share with volunteers at the Miami non-profit organization she worked at. They proved to be so popular that in 2016 she decided to go all-in, and Cookies and Schmear was born. Cookies and Schmear quickly grew thanks to word-of-mouth, and Sandberg soon found herself baking cookies & whipping up schmears and delivering them throughout the Miami area. Nationwide shipping soon followed, and countless fans have become repeat customers thanks to these cookies’ bold & deliciously rich flavors & textures as well as their signature schmear of sweet, silky frosting. This package serves 6 people and includes

• 1 Schmear (frosting), your choice
• Each cookie weighs approx. 3 oz. and measures approx. 3″- 6″ depending on the cookie flavor.
• Each schmear weighs 2 oz.

• 3 OG Choco Chip – The classic, loaded with premium semi-sweet, dark chocolate, and chocolate chips!
• 1 ChocoWOW – Inspired by hot cocoa and loaded with triple-dark chocolate chips.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Cookies and Schmear ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Cookies and Schmear arrives ready to enjoy
• Cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
• After opening, store schmear in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.

To Serve

Assemble

• Apply Schmear on top of our classic flavors, or sandwiched in between two classic flavors, to build your own cookie sandwich!

Defrost

• Remove Cookies and Schmear from the freezer
• Preheat oven to 350° F
• Heat for approx 6 minutes
• Enjoy!
