As a child, Clementine’s Creamery founder Tamara Keefe’s life changed forever when her mom bought a $2 hand-cranked ice cream maker from a garage sale. Making ice cream by hand became a Sunday ritual, and the power of ice cream to make people smile and bring them together stayed with Tamara throughout her career working for a St. Louis Fortune 500 company. When she was ready for a change of pace she spent her life’s savings on an ice cream kitchen and cashed out her 401K, and in 2014 Clementine’s Ice Cream was born. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Clementine’s Naughty & Nice Ice Cream ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Cake ships with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store cake in the freezer for up to 2 months.
• Thaw on the counter at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
• Cake should be consumed within 5 days of thawing for best flavor!
