This package serves 2 people as an entree or 6 people as an appetizer and includes:

• 1 Bottle OH Steak Sauce/Marinade (12 oz.)
• Choose to add another bottle of OH Steak Sauce/Marinade

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Old Homestead Steakhouse Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Chops and sides ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit
• Upon arrival place sides and vacuum-sealed chops in the refrigerator or freezer
• Items last up to 7 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer
• Before cooking, remove all contents from the freezer and place in the fridge for at least 12 hours to defrost.

To Serve

Lamb Chops

• Remove from freezer and place in the fridge for at least 12 hours to defrost
• Remove the meat from the packaging and place on a plate to thaw at room temperature for at least 30-45 minutes
• Once meat is at room temperature, rub lightly with oil and coat liberally with coarse kosher salt and cracked black pepper
• Grill on high heat, 3 minutes a side for rare, 5 minutes a side for medium-rare, and 7 minutes a side for well done
• Enjoy!

Crispy Sherry Potato Cake

• Remove from freezer and place in the fridge for at least 12 hours to defrost
• Preheat oven to 350F degrees
• Once defrosted, remove from the container and place on a foil-lined baking sheet
• Cook for 25-30 minutes, until crispy and heated through
• Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs
• Enjoy!

Grandma’s Creamed Spinach

• Remove from freezer and place in the fridge for at least 12 hours to defrost
• Once defrosted, remove from the container and place in a sauté pan over medium heat
• Add &#188 cup of heavy cream to the pan and stir often until heated through and hot
• Enjoy!
