Ackroyd’s most comprehensive breakfast bundle: bangers, black pudding, back bacon, neeps and tatties, and everything needed to build a proper full Scottish breakfast at home. • 1 can Heinz Beans in Tomato Sauce (14.6 oz.)

• Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

Bangers
Meat ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
Meat can be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
When ready to enjoy, cook in an oiled pan until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Bacon

• Bacon ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
• Bacon can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
• Once thawed, use within 5 days.

Black Pudding & Haggis

• Items ship frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
• Items can be stored in the freezer for 3-6 months, or in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
• Once opened, consume within 24-48 hours.

Beans

• Beans arrive ready to enjoy!
• Store unopened beans in a cool, dark and dry place for up to 12 months or until the best-before date.
• Once opened, transfer leftover beans into an airtight glass or plastic container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. For longer storage, store in a sealed container for up to 6 months in the freezer.

HP Sauce Glass Bottle

• Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
• Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
• Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).

To Serve
BLACK PUDDING
From Thawed

• Defrost in the refrigerator overnight.
• Slice the puddings into 1-1.5″ pieces.
• Fry pudding pieces in butter or oil until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
• Serve & enjoy!
  From Frozen
• Steam the pudding whole until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
• Serve & enjoy!

BACON

• Place thawed bacon in a heated frying pan.
• Turn bacon over frequently while cooking.
• Remove bacon from the pan when it becomes suitably crispy.
• Place on paper towels to drain.
• Serve & enjoy!
