Description
Back bacon is the British cut – lean loin with a strip of belly, cured and smoked differently than American streaky bacon – and Ackroyd’s stocks Kroner Gold, one of the most respected UK-style brands, alongside their own house-made bangers and black pudding. From the third-generation Redford, Michigan institution Al and Silas Ackroyd founded in 1949, where assembling a proper full Scottish breakfast has been the goal since day one. Especially good on one of the house Aberdeen Butteries.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
Bacon
- Bacon ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
- Bacon can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Once thawed, use within 5 days.
HP Sauce Glass Bottle
- Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
- Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
- Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).
To Serve
- Place thawed bacon in a heated frying pan.
- Turn bacon over frequently while cooking.
- Remove bacon from the pan when it becomes suitably crispy.
- Place on paper towels to drain.
- Serve & enjoy!
