This signature ham is cured in apple cider before being hickory smoked twice to make for a lean, juicy, and flavorful meat. Each package includes:

• 1 Apple Pie Baked in a Paper Bag
• 1 Whole Ham
• Each Brown Bag Apple Pie is 8″ and serves 6-8 people
• Each Ham is 10 lbs and serves 18-20 people and arrives ready to eat!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Pies & Hams ship Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping.

• Pies and Hams ship frozen with dry ice
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
• Upon arrival, place pies in the freezer or refrigerator.
• Pies may be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 90 days

To Serve from Frozen

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees
• Place “Pie in Bag” on a baking tray
• Do Not allow the bag to touch the sides of the oven or the heating elements
• Bake Pie for 50-60 minutes, or until warmed through
• Enjoy!

To Serve from Thawed

• Allow pie to thaw overnight in the refrigerator
• Preheat oven to 425 degrees
• Place “Pie in Bag” on a baking tray
• Do Not allow the bag to touch the sides of the oven or the heating elements
• Bake Pie for 8-10 minutes, or until warmed through
• Enjoy!
