Kenny & Ziggy’s Delicatessen ships its famous Jewish deli specialties nationwide on Goldbelly! An authentic New York breakfast experience can be yours with this all-in bagel package featuring fresh toasting bagels, schmear, and Nova lox flown in from New York daily and hand-sliced in house.

From a third-generation New York Deli owner, Kenny & Ziggy’s is not only the top deli in Texas but also one of the best delis in America. In the early 1900s, Max Gruber (Ziggy’s grandfather) left Budapest, Hungary, on a bicycle. He pedaled his way across Europe to the Atlantic coast and eventually sailed for the United States, ending up on New York’s Lower East Side. In 1927, he and his brothers-in-law Morris and Izzy Rappaport opened the first Jewish deli on Broadway! Generations later, Houston businessman Lenny Friedman convinced Ziggy Gruber, who ran successful Jewish delis in New York and Los Angeles, that Houston needed an authentic deli of its own. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Kenny & Ziggy’s ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Nova Lox may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in a ziplock bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Bagels may be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months if not consumed within 2 days of arrival.
• Cream cheese should be stored in the refrigerator and not frozen.

To Serve

• For a fresh tasting bagel, preheat oven to 400℉.
• Spread out the frozen bagels on a cookie sheet.
• Leave the bagels at room temperature for half an hour. It’s okay if they are a little frozen.
• Place them in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
• Pull out and you should have a fresh, crispy, chewy bagel.
• Serve and enjoy with your sliced Nova and cream cheese!
