A full New York brunch for a crowd of twelve, built on Bagel Boss’s hand-rolled, brick-oven bagels: a dozen types from plain and sesame to cinnamon-raisin swirl, everything, and bialys, plus a half-pound each of two homemade cream cheeses and fresh-sliced, lightly salted Nova lox. Black and white cookies and chocolate babka round it out. It all comes from the Hicksville, Long Island shop the Rosner family has run since 1975, boiling and baking bagels the old-world way. Perfect for a holiday brunch, a big family gathering, or a birthday breakfast that feeds the whole table.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Bagel Boss ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items arrive ready to enjoy!
• Bagels should be kept at room temperature for no more than one day upon receipt. Ideally enjoy those you want to consume upon receipt; cut and freeze up to 3 months.
• Nova Lox and Cream Cheese may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
• Rugelach, Cookies, and Babka may be kept on the counter for up to 3 days, stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Everything Bagel Topper may be stored in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
