The five pies Paesan’s regulars order most, hand-tossed Brooklyn-style and made to order: Margherita, Brooklyn Cob, White Spinach, White Broccoli, and classic Cheese, all crispy outside and chewy within. Brooklyn-born brothers Frank, Vinny, and Lorenzo Scavio opened the pizzeria in Albany in 1994, and the family runs all five Capital District locations today. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Paesan’s Pizza ships Tuesday & Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizza ships frozen with ice packs
• Ice packs may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival immediately place in the freezer
• Pizzas may be kept frozen for up to 6 months

To Serve

Pizza

• Preheat oven to 450
• Place the frozen pizza in the oven on the bottom rack
• Bake for 6-8 minutes. Add 1-2 minutes for extra crispy

Strombolis – Add On

• Allow strombolis to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Wrap strombolis in foil and bake for approx. 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melting on the inside.
• Serve and enjoy!
