Description
Elle’s Belles uses a pressed flower technique and beautiful food grade blooms & leaves to create this fresh feminine cake for Springtine celebrations. It matches their Lemon Lavender Shortbread cookies and make a lovely pairing. Get this cake as a beautifully spiced carrot cake or a luxe extra brut chocolate cake with silky chocolate ganache buttercream.
Elle’s Belles bakery was conceived in 2003 in Elle’s hometown of Bozeman, Montana-and life has been a lot sweeter ever since thanks to her beautiful tarts, cookies and more! Each individual cake is handmade in a small artisanal bakery. No factory cakes found here!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Elle’s Belles Bakery ships Tuesday-Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the freezer until ready to serve.
- Cakes last up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
To Serve
- Once ready to enjoy, remove the freezer and let thaw at room temperature for up to 3-6 hours.
- After 3 hours, you can gently unwrap and set on plate or stand. Do not push in on the cake or press fingers into cake. Gently work off the wrapping.
- Eat at room temperature.
- Serve and enjoy!
