Description
Millionaire’s Shortbread is the indulgent three-layer Scottish confection: a buttery shortbread base, a thick layer of soft toffee caramel, and a dark chocolate top that snaps cleanly when you cut it. Ackroyd’s version in Redford, Michigan is built on the same shortbread foundation visiting Scottish Master Baker John Lindsay introduced to the third-generation bakery Al and Silas Ackroyd founded in 1949 – three generations of getting the base right before the caramel even goes on.

- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Shortbread
- Shortbreads ship fresh with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
- Shortbread may be kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 14 days.
- Shortbread should not be frozen or refrigerated.
- Cream
- Cream arrives ready to enjoy.
- Unopened cream has a long shelf life, approximately 12 months from date of delivery.
- After opening, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
- Do not freeze.
- Jam
- Jam arrives ready to enjoy!
- Store unopened jam in a cool, dark and dry place for 12-18 months.
- Refrigerate jam after opening and consume within 3-4 weeks.
