A Buffalo tradition since Papa Joe Todaro founded it in 1957, La Nova is renowned for its pizza and wings; in fact, owner Joey Todaro III is known as “The Wing King,” and he helped spread the wing gospel when he started shipping Buffalo chicken wings to pizzerias and restaurants worldwide in the 1990s. That’s right: if your local pizza joint also sells wings, you have La Nova to thank for that.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• La Nova ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizza ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, refrigerate or freeze the pizzas.
• Pizza may be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
• Upon arrival, store wings in the freezer or refrigerator.
• Sauce does not need to be refrigerated.
• Wings will last in the refrigerator up to 7 days, or in the freezer for up to 1 year from the pack date (date stamped on package).
• Dough ball may be kept frozen for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for 3 days.
• Sauce is shelf-stable for 6 months or use by date (whichever comes first).
• Refrigerate sauce after opening.

To Serve

Pizza

• Preheat oven to 425°F.
• Remove pizza from plastic packaging and remove cardboard disc beneath your pizza.
• Place on an baking or aluminum sheet.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and crust browns to preferred color.
• Cool for 2-3 minutes, slice, and enjoy!

Wings & Boneless Wings – Air Fryer

• Set Air Fryer to 350℉.
• Place wings on tray/bowl no more that 3 wings high.
• Cook for 15-20 minutes shaking half way through.
• Serve and enjoy!

Wings – Oven

• Preheat Oven to 425℉.
• Spread wings out on a foil-lined baking sheet.
• Bake from frozen for 10-12 minutes.
• Serve with sauce and enjoy!

Boneless Wings – Oven

• Preheat Oven to 400℉.
• Spread wings out on a baking sheet.
• Bake from frozen for 15-20 minutes.
• Serve with sauce and enjoy!

Dough Ball

• Keep the dough ball in the plastic bag to prevent crusting.
• Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature until the dough is soft through the center.
• Use immediately after thawing or refrigerate dough until ready to use.
