Your sandwich kit for 4 includes everything you need to recreate this at home: freshly-made whitefish salad, tomato, and red onion on a fresh, hand rolled Zucker’s bagel. They source their whitefish from family fishermen in the Great Lakes, and make lightly-dressed and nicely-spiced whitefish salad every day of the week.
