A true neighborhood bagel shop in one of New York’s funkiest neighborhoods, the East Village’s Tompkins Square Bagels is turning out some of the city’s most beloved bagels. These bagels are about as old-fashioned as it gets: proprietor Christopher Pugliese has been making bagels since he was 16 years old, and his contain just five ingredients, are based on a recipe from the 1950s and are hand-rolled and boiled in small batches.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Tompkins Square Bagels ships Monday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival place in the fridge or freezer.
• Bagels may be kept refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 weeks.
• Store Cream Cheese & Lox in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
• Store Vegetables in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To Serve

• Microwave for 15- 30 seconds and then slice and toast.
• Add cream cheese, lox, and fixings.
